For all Confirmed, PrePaid orders placed before 11AM the material is dispatched within the next working day and
tracking details are shared with the Customers.
For all Confirmed, PrePaid orders placed after11AM the material is dispatched within the next Two working days and
tracking details are shared with the Customers.
For all Confirmed COD orders, post confirmation with Customer, the material is dispatched within the next 2 working
days and tracking details are shared with the Customers.
Post Dispatch, it takes 2-4 business days for standard locations and may take a day longer for remote locations.

Contact us at info@mobyparts.com if you receive defective parts to raise a RMA request. Upon Confirmation of RMA request we aill arrange for the defective part to be pick up from your location. Once we receive the defective part and confirmation of warranty condition being fulfilled and our acceptance of faulty part. The current price of the part is credited to your account. This can be used for future purchases.

At mobyparts we intend to give warranty to all. Warranty gets rejected if the part has damages from wrong installation of the part or if the part belongs to any other supplier.
Warranty requires Screen to have our mark intact, Films supplied on top and bottom to be intact and there should be no physical or liquid damage to the screen.
Only in case our technical team rejects a part during testing will we cancel a order. Also if Payment is not received within 3 days of placing a prepaid order or COD orders not being confirmed over phone within 3 working days will lead to cancellation of the order.
In case of cancellation of order before shipping a full refund will be given to customer. In case of shipment dispatched from warehouse the shipping will be deducted and the rest will be refunded in your original payment method.
